Q: What is Public Records Vault about?

A: We are a company that provides public records searches in many categories. For years now we have dedicated ourselves to systematically gathering databases, linked resources, and data center links to provide our members with the highest possible level of investigation services. We get our data from thousands of different locations, both public and private, quickly and conveniently, right to your screen.

Q: Are Social Security numbers available for lookup?

A: Generally not. It is a vital security precaution that Social Security numbers not be available to the public. If you discover that your information contains sensitive data, you will be able to notify the proper institutions to request that they remove the information. We ourselves cannot change the information, we can only display it to our members.

Q: What countries does your website cover?

A: You will be able to look up information about people in the United States; however, we have well-organized resources for non-US countries to help in your investigation process. For instance, Canada and the UK.

Q: Can I get the records of incoming and outgoing calls from a person's landline or cell phone?

A: No. This information for obvious reasons is only available legally with the phone company. If you need this information it would be best to hire an attorney, a private investigator, or work with the local police in your area.

Q: Does the membership automatically rebill at any point?

A: No. The unlimited search version of this membership will not rebill at any time. It will be available to you for unlimited use for the time during the term in which you purchased.

Q: How accurate is your data?

A: Public Records Vault (PRV) basically provides public data. PRV does not create, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of such data; rather, PRV receives its information from various sources, including Internet sites. PRV is not necessarily affiliated with or compensated by any of the resources on the site. All materials and information available through PRV are provided "as is" and "as available," and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and specifically including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Q: What is meant by "unlimited/unrestricted" access?

A: The "unlimited" and "website access" options access our member area, which includes all our resources, tools, and unlimited searches.
